Project Hope had the privilege to go into two Orang Asal communities in Kampung Sungai Raya and Kampung Sungai Klebang. 27 families live in Kampung Sungai Raya and 25 families in Kampung Sungai Klebang, Rompin, Negeri Sembilan. They are from the Semelai tribe. The children attend a nearby school in a van provided by JAKOA (The Department of Orang Asli Development). Some of them are second-generation. The Semelai people’s main source of income is from rubber tapping, oil palm plantations and picking wild vegetables.

BrBread from Rainbows Sprouted given to feed the poor, needy and hungry. Thanks to our donors. Boxes of avocados, lemons, white potatoes and apples from The Lost Food Project. At a time when many families are going through difficult times and in need of food aid, the marginalized, poor and B40 communities in Seremban, Sungai Long are touched by your generous donations.
